You will already be a hacking god. Back when min logis had the hacking bonus, I was just lvl 3 hacking and lvl 5 min logi and I could hack like a boss and the base hacking ability of the min logi suit was much worse than the minja is today.

Invisible assaults that can be scanned. I do feel you Minnie Bro. I love my Amarr scout but triple dampening it does gimp my fits. So i have to choose either Damp/Scan or EHP.... But hey. It aint too bad...XD I was gonna skill into amarr scout, from caldari scout but heaps of these threads popped up, and the caldari scout gets a 15% profile bonus. I run 1 complex dampener with a codebreaker/CPU upgrade if i am using proto links Well, i know what I am going to not do haha scout ck.0 here!

He is one of the best, right up there with Musturd and Lightening. I definitely respect his views on playing a Minja. 1.9 Where cloaked scouts give way to tanked scouts. Problem solved?

Now you know how I feel when calscout skills were butchered, ruining everyone who used it to fight against scouts, and scout vs non scout gameplay was almost made impossible. As long as it ruins gameplay for the gal and amarr scout its for the best. Those are the worst kinds, but regardless all scouts need to be taken down a notch.

As a minja, you will have to try and target the Logis and other players running scanning equipment. Team Scans + ISK payouts + BETTER BALANCE than EVER before, are really helping the fights out right now. The only way I can think to properly counter Team Scans as a NON-scout is to kill the scanning players as often as possible. I trust Rattati's judgement in bringing Team Scans back, but we need proper counters. Set your goals high, and shoot for the moon; even if you miss you'll land amongst the stars.

Given the relative number of hotfixes vs patches, its much easier for them to put in place as much as possible in a patch, then balance around that.
