I've never been without 2 damps on my fit, and no scout in their right mind should EVER be scanned.

Even when the Cal Scouts were reigning supreme, I still went into PC with a Min Scout. I was crazy, and knew my suits strengths well enough to pull it off. He's been a min scout for as long, if not longer than I have been. Even though he's a scrub nova knifer and shotgunner  , he still knows what he's talking about

Here is my first post in the "Barbershop" threadI used the min scout as my main suit back when Tac AR was the meta. Scary time to be a brand new player in the worst suit in the game. I disagree with you sir. From experience I can say..... (and this was before we had that first respec way back when) I idiotically was 'one of those' that trained the basic skills to level 5 and trust me, as awesome as the black basic light suits look, the basic Minmatar light suit, even at proto, was more terrible :P (pissing contest for who had the most terrible suit hehe)
I'll buy that one.
Min Scout was only better than it's basic frame counterpart. Both still sucked pretty bad
