Plates and reps cost a lot of pg but dont worry in hotfix charlie sentinel will have over 20pg less then the wallhacker suit

The Amarr sentinel at proto level is losing 105 CPU while a proto HMG only receives a 23 CPU reduction.
The scouts won and the overheat nerf to the HMG was just a distraction. I have not added up the numbers for when electronics and engineering skills are applied but the ratio of the changes is obviously meant to nerf tanking on heavies.
Sorry to all you guys that went heavy while it was FOTM but in CCP fashion the nerf hammer is coming down. Hopefully I am missing something in the numbers but it seems that the day of the scouts and assaults has come. We will see which reigns king soon enough. |

1. To kill best scout, you only need ScR/ACR and whatever suit.
2. 3k heavy is like proto medium suit.
3. Now on adv cal sent i can eqiup proto fg/hmg and almost all complex mods. So its good that theyre cutting down cpu/pg
4. Scouts should have more pg/cpu. You only need to eqiup gun and few plates/extenders. Thats all. We eqiup 2 eqiupments which takes more cpu/pg than your guns+module. We eqiup modules which takes 30-90cpu and 0-15pg each (mostly 8-15). So gtfo.

does your invisiblity really count when you get a 75% reduction to fitting it? guess what plates extenders and reps cost the same if not more then most of your wallhacking and invisibility modules. Im willing to meet halfway here you hackers should have so little cpu and pg that using anything other then a "scouty" weapon and modules should be impossible.

There is a reason we haven't seen much for blue tags for the last week or so.
There are so many values and circumstances to consider it could make your mind explode. This is why it is essential to have a core vision and ideal around the balance of a game and to follow that strictly.
Not develop balance and tweak on knee jerk reactions, but around the core ideal.

Just clocks in 4 CPU over and 4 PG under for hotfix Charlie.

If you have core skills maxed with engineering and electronics as well , you should be able to equip a proto suit with mostly proto gear and the rest adv gear. The decision should be which modules/weapon will be proto or adv on the proto suit.
The reductions, on sentinnels, being made doesnt allow that on all builds.
Why hand out random numbers if your going to have to change them again only to another set of random numbers.
This isnt a Heavy vs Scout issue . It appears to be more a lets make the Assaults stand out more so people come back to Assaults. I Agree the Assaults need the buffs but not by nerfing other classes.
