I am so ******* pissed right now that its not even worth quoting the dev. But seriously I think someone labotamized CCP. I mean come on... you spent all the time and energy to make the game and the basically recreated it and now you are basically telling ps3 users "Thanks for being the ignorant guinea pigs we needed you to be! **** off now and have a nice life."
Yea I actually feel dirty because of this. I think I am going into full delete mode... I no longer want my name sullied by this garbage any longer. I'm so pissed I am going to be hard pressed to not delete my Eve accounts too. |

fu** you for letting me build a 43mil. SP character for nothing - the sole thing that kept me going was to know that my Playstation-Dust would have a future and is going to be more than a tiny PVP-Lobby-Shooter some day.

There are lots of questions that need to be answered. I don't understand how that was a keynote speech for dust. It was a keynote for "legion" They are two different games entirely.
Really excited and disappointed at the same time. PS3 dust is likely going to slowly die. Also whats the "price" model for Legion? Sub-based or is it still FTP?
Will any of our characters transfer over?
Lastly I assume SOE was a major factor in moving over to PC, Sony is just too slow at their QA for patches to provide content for a FTP game.
This also means Legion can have a real test server.
Like I said originally, super excited for Legion, scared for Dust.

The three biggest issues haunting this game have been:
1. Atrocious matchmaking system.
2. No PvE to to give new mercs time to develop before facing vets and pro corps
3. No functioning economy that actually delivers on promise of risk vs reward ( lol unlimited protostomping funded by district locking)
Keynote lasted for less than 30 minutes and didn't deliver a single, tangible solution to any of these.
How much longer does CCP think their player base is going to tolerate this? Until "Legion" is released? Absolutely not.

I don't really care that they decided to bring in PC. What enrages me is that we have no hope for what the future of the game is on console. They started 10 minutes late to what was suppose to be a 1 hour Keynote...dropped a bomb...and then walked off the stage with over 20 minutes left in their block time. I would have respected them more if they flew to Maine (USA)...drove to my house, rung the doorbell and slapped me in the face when I answered the door.
