That only covers 3 systems, the others are pretty much the same.
From scanning Molden Heath there are currently 8 districts from 3 corporations (Valor Coalition, Die Valk and third day) that aren't locked. Lol. 8 out of, what was it, 250?

Really? You can't win both PFC and Pubs. Where will the low tier players win? Corp battles are for players not as committed as PC players are. And if PC becomes less popular due to corp battles, doesn't that reflect what the community wants?
