Yeah it is kinda stupid as most suits don't survive till the second shot. With the low TTK thanks to rifles and the very low optimal range paired with a harsh damage fall off, you better kill in one shot... |

Only on lucky shots honestly I most time nayone needs three shots to bring my std scout doen (thanks tto wanky HD and the SG beeing a laser precise weapon).

@ Sira Optimal range is technically anything under 5M. Max damage is dealt at 1M.
@ IWS The proficiency-based RoF increase is fine. Base statistics are arguably inadequate.
@ Checkmate Think SG proficiency + assault RoF racial bonus. Jane and Annie would opt for Assault. |

another thing about the PLC is the fitting optimization
it differs from all other weapons instead of reducing PG it reduces CPU

I actually consider any assault suit BUT the Amarr assault will be highly efficient with the shotguns after 1.8.
Even while UP, the RoF increase will help SG enormously: Assault 10% RoF Bonus Shotgun 15% RoF Bonus (proficiency)
You get a total of 25% + RoF, Enough HP and slots to modded as a less dampened scout.
Minmatar ASSAULT: Have speed, BONUS to damage mods (to make sure you get those kills) and 2 low slots, enough for 1 complex profile dampener (to avoid ADV scanners , or 2 to avoid Proto scanners too) and 1 Complex Kin cat.
Caldari: Similar than the Minmatar, the Caldari can shield tank effectively and still has 3 LOW slots to make any combination of Kin cats, Cardiac reg, Profile Dampeners....
Gallente:While it might not seem scout material, Gallente assaults can effectively mod themselves as pseudo scouts due to they 4 Low slot count.Their new bonus will make them easily surpass the 400 ARMOR with 1 Cx Armor plate, leaving 3 slots for Armor rep and Dampeners, maybe a kin cat too.

Well judging by the PG requirements on that post and its placement with other equipment this seems to be a logis dream item. That is something i will talk to jane about a bit later when he gets back from work, we will crunch some more numbers and wait to see what else develops. I am not certain what build we will have ready but after the release we will keep you guys updated on what we will chose. What you see for CPU/PG on that list is what it will use on a Logistics suit.
