Imo rof is more useful after using the shotgun for a while Even heavies dont take more than 2-3 shots so i prefer the increased rof |

Fun Facts:
* One step outside of 5 meters, and Shotgun damage plummets exponentially. * A medframe can bunny-hop beyond that 5 meters between your first and second blast. * Any target who takes 2 or more blasts would've been killed faster by a Fine Rifle. * Every proto and the majority of advanced targets will require 2+ blasts. Squishy Scouts excluded.
Pro Tips:
* Put down that Shotgun and pick up a Fine Rifle. * All Fine Rifles (AR, ScR, RR, CR) kill tough targets faster, further. * A charged ScR shot actually hits harder than a shotgun at 10x the range.
- Proficiency 5 former Shotgunner PS: On respec (if respec) I plan to pull every point out of Shotguns. How would you reccommend shotguns be fixed? I personally would like a small increase to range (~2 more mters) and/or a small damage increase as well as all rifles get a nerf

i'm not now..... +1 for rationally avoiding an optional weapon. Best to train for fun after one the Big-Four Rifles and important skills are done first. Ill never give in...I will never become a EZ-mode player! NEVER!! |

I use the ADV Breach SG, and even then (it hits around 50 to per pellet) I cannot drop Med frames some times with 1 shot at 1 m distance... WTH.? So an overall buff to SDGshould be at hand: My proposal: GÖª PROFICIENCY : +5% RoF per level GÖª Overall increase to SG damage: Regular ones: 44 - 48 - 52 (At proto) Breach: 60 - 64 - 68 (At proto) I would love this Though i would also increase optimal range by 1 or 2 meters |

It will get fixed if you just believe...YOU JUST GOTTA BELIEVE! It would also help if we got a 50 page long thread about shot guns, devs tend to notice those. |
