Subsonic, the newest member of PFC, in 1 week took two districts. A violation of the rules of PFC, Pradox One, is in the process of reclaiming it for a more worthy corporation: like, Dead Six, Subdreddit, or other qualifying corporation.
Our community needs to police itself, if it is to remain as it was/is.
Pradox One reaffirms it's commitment to PFC use as intended. Rules finalized by Cubs and the community.
I repeat, we are now removing Subsonic from PFC, as they clearly violated the rules. Pradox One will temporarily hold the district(s) to hand over to the next owner.

We like to fight, so we look for things to do. Our Tin Foil Knight wants us to do good deeds too. If Subsonic wants to keep it, they can just win tomorrow. Like you said, Darwinism.
Pradox One will do it this time, and someone else may do it next time, if we can't do it alone-we will do it together. If no one does it then we can just make PFC a free for all. But, I rather not. |

PFC should be looked upon as a DUST community Treasure, and as such, should be policed & protected by the community as a whole.
It is my belief that the program should be expanded.
Should there be regional planets for America, EU, and Asia? If there were, then the reinforcement timers would be more in tune than they currently are.
In any case, I commend the Pradox One bros.

Tired of seeing these QQ babies thinking AE is here for them to slap our @ss to make them dinner.
If you care about PFC then go do something about it, send a message (like OP and his crew is doing). Go pillage their PFC districts and maybe their other districts as well (if they have any). This should be a well loved pastime for you guys, enjoy it.
However, same goes for the anarchists that want nothing more than to see it burn. To the victor goes the spoils motherf*ckers. |

This matter was taken care of. I talked to them and subdreddit (who they took they district from) the day after it happened. I made a post about it. The only reason it only took so long, because they had to wait for Subdreddit's CEO to get online. They gave it back a few days ago. |

I was aware of this, but, Subsonic violated the most important rule, if they are allowed to stay without punishment then what is the point of rules? Lets just burn PFC then. And, yes, they are only facing Pradox One-if they can't beat us, then they might need to get good before entering PC.

I say we let subsonic keep at least 1 pfc district. Maybe they weren't fully aware of the rules? In either case, we need more corps introduced into pc in a controlled environment. Alot of new corps entering get stomped because they have not played at a competitive level that the vets have become used too. If they are actually going to use their pfc district for training let them have it.
It's better than having an already established corp just farm pfc. |

We have one opponent who illegally pressed an attack on us after a win, but we're containing them for now. Something about them being terrible. As noted before, Top Men stands prepared to assist in the enforcement of PFC rules when required and possible. |

This is an extremely misunderstood action by everyone. Its crazy how everyone thinks we are dicks and assholes for this entire thing happening. Has anyone contacted me asking? No. You just assume. Did Subdreddit fight us THREE times legit? Yes. Did a corporation leave the planet? Yes. We were at that moment by sheer chance for that 2nd district and it was vacant. I don't understand why everyone is going crazy about this. I guess it's a good thing the situation was posted here on the forums where you had an opportunity to have your say in public view. This is a good thing.
Also, I don't think you need be defensive about anything, because I don't believe anyone was necessarily calling you guys bad names, but I will admit that your Corp were made out to be the antagonists here in this scenario, but now that you've had your say, it's easy enough to reverse the image.
I, for one, do not mind if you guys continue to hold the vacant PFC district, as long as you abide by the stated rules of PFC.
Let the community decide!
