Just to update guys, we're aware of the server issues interfering with the final round of the NA division. We haven't made a decision yet as to what we will do (whether we run the matches again and when), but we will let you know as soon as it's decided.

Ouch, I feel of the American corps.
It happened to us as well and we had to waste an entire week trying to replay that match, and all for nothing, since what really decided the tournament were the playoffs afterwards.
If the seeding for the playoffs are not affected, I would save everyone time and let it be.

After looking at the results and potential results from Friday, we have determined that they would have minimal effect on the standings for seeding. As such, we have dropped the Friday match and used only the first 17 rounds.
So, today's NA quarterfinals:

As a neutral part it is good to see that you've fixed the seedings, for the quarterfinals at least.
Looking at the standings on UF, TP is number one and AE number 2 (please correct me if I'm wrong as they aren't fully updated). Shouldn't they be in seperate semifinals then? It makes little sense that number 3 gets a easier semifinal than number 2.
Again this is based off the current standings on UF, so if RND is number 2 instead of AE then please ignore this post, as the seedings should have been done properly. If not then the seedings have been fixed for the quarterfinals, but not for the semifinals. |

I think it's... interesting to play Ahrendee for the first time in QFs.
I think (haven't checked but don't remember seeing any other obvious cases) we're the only teams matched which haven't played together yet.
Not thrilled about going into this blind but, luckily, they're just as blind as we are so it's all fair.

Ok, I'm not trying to jump in here without evidence of any kind and make wild accusations.
However, I did get melee glitched (triple tapped in less than a second) by someone the other day. I didn't bother remembering the name because it was the 3rd round and the first 2 had already been won by the same team so it was a "for funzies" game.
only survived the triple tap because I was wearing a caldari suit with full shield extenders and full armor plating. He still killed me with a couple rounds to the torso but it was kind of disheartening to die to someone who felt the needed to glitch in a round we were having fun in.
I honestly don't even remember if our team or their team was the winner of the first 2 games, like I said this match I'm speaking of was the 3rd and I didn't attempt to remember anything that happened in it because it was a meaningless game. But obviously that's a noticeable event in an otherwise bland match.
I want to say it was AE but it could have been EoD. This info isn't meant to be used against anyone in particular but as long as we're on the subject I would like to put it out there to all readers; it's easy not to cheat. Just don't do it.

This was the first instance of me ever knowing the melee glitch exists, ariana using it during the tournament. stopped multiple hacks, stopped multiple pushes, changed the scope of the game by GLITCHING

I've taken all the normal recourse I could to spread this video to CCP and people at UF who apparently aren't even involved in this tourney anymore.

No I prefer to let people who don't pay attention to their surroundings to get killed and people who let an enemy get into melee range pay for not paying attention.
