Greetings Mercenaries
Just a few quick announcements with regards to the DUST 514 Prime League Tournament:
- Some battle settings are being changed. Firstly, we are turning Friendly fire on so that teams have to be careful with their firing. Second, the warbarge timer has been increased to 10 minutes and will now start counting down from 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time. This is also when the battle will appear in the battlefinder.
- All of Monday's EU battles will be re-run due to them starting an hour before scheduled. Time/date for rerun matches will be released soon.
- A number of teams had issues getting all their members into matches due to roster issues. A number of extra entries have now been fixed, but there are still some roster entries that do not match any characters. If you have further issues during the Wednesday and Friday matches, please file a support ticket to DUST Community & Forums. Deadline for all issues with team rosters is Downtime on Monday 19/08/13 - any further alterations will not be accepted after this date. Please note that all members of your team must be in the same corporation, and that the maximum roster size is 32 characters (this includes any alts you may wish to include).
- A further reminder that each match consists of three rounds each day played one after the other. The scheduled starting times for EU are 2030, 2100 and 2130. NA is 0130, 0200 and 0230. All times are in UTC/EVE Time (battles will open 10 minutes before scheduled starting time, see above)

The EU match reruns are solely due to the matches being started an hour early which meant some teams weren't online at the time.

We run it, but technically it would be optional as you already have it 2-(1). If you destroyed your enemies earlier, who's to say no to free ISK?  Plus beating someone 3-0 is always sweeter than 2-1.

This is all good now can we get some clarification for Mondays games and the no shows urgent fury is reflecting it for us in the NA LADDER I posted this elsewhere but will explain my corp showed up all my my team was there the enemy team showed up but backed out before we could get pics the second and third matches they were no shows and have pics to prove it if needed. As I understand it this counts as a win for us . |

if the enemy team was a no show, then you get the win.

ISK and Loot should be as it was yesterday, but I can bring up the possibility of changing that tomorrow for the remaining matches.

I'm the wrong person to ask about that.
However in other news, loot has been changed to "Dropped" (similar to Planetary Conquest). ISK payouts are unchanged.

The best way other than the forums is to submit a support ticket under the "DUST Community & Forums" category. However, during the matches I'll try to sit in the "DUST 514 Tournament" channel. Do note that I can not guarantee that I will always be in the channel as some of the matches (especially NA) start after midnight local time. Please also do not use the channel for any other kind of discussion.

Alright, another update. We found that the 10 minute time warbarge timer was a bit long for the follow up matches and was pushing the schedule back a bit too much. As such, the warbarge timer will be 10 minutes for the first match and 5 minutes for the second and third. This means that the second and third matches will only appear 5 minutes before scheduled start.

Just letting you know NFP vs WTF went off without any hitches.
Odd people couldn't see the timer but squads made that not matter.
Thanks for your work Logibro it has paid off IMHO.
For any that care it was 2-0 to NFP third game WTF had a PC so no showed , they let us know pre match though. GGs guys. |
