Quote: Hello Team Leaders I'm contacting you to ask if you would prefer to have the rescheduled matches on Tuesday or Thursday this week. If I don't get replies back from all teams later today, we will run the matches on Thursday by default. Please send your response to me directly by replying to this message. Thanks. CCP Logibro. Our Team Leader English is not the best, so he didn't reply right away. By the time he consulted with me, it was already Tuesday, so we showed up and no tournament match appeared in the mercenary tab. We then assumed that the match would be replayed today on Thursday, but the time has passed and again no match appears in the mercenary tab. So when is the match going to be played at last?

We are tired of the tournament. I know that logibro and co are doing their best, but the format was bad, and the execution worse. We were really looking forward to finish it this week. I really pity the NA corps that have to do this for another month. No problem with you guys. Just tired. You are the better team, but we will do our best to give you a decent match. Until Monday.

Yesterday we formed again (for the x time) and waited for the match to open. -First match opened at the usual timer, and we got in. Only one guy from Rust 415 (xPERYNX xPERYNX) joined the other side, and he left before the match started. -Second match, no one from Rust 415 showed. So we assumed that since everything worked as supposed, we won by no show. However, a Rust 415 representative has made a complaint in the UrgentFury site. Thread here. (Note that this thread was started by me a week ago about the rescheduled matches that were supposed to be played then. Relevant posts are the 2 last ones). So we would like to know if we finally win by no show, or of there is going to be a re-rescheduled match to be played. Thank you in advance.

Why make us play a round robin league, if afterwards it is going to be decided by a bracket tournament? What's the point of the 3 previous weeks? A league of 10, to eliminate 2 teams and have a bracket tournament of 8? And 2 of those 8 have not played a single match? 2. I wonder if you have noticed that Academy Inferno and Ninth Legion Freelance have not showed up for a single game. So Rust 415 and Tech Guard get a free pass (no pun intended) to the semifinal. Why are you going out of your way to make this tournament as convoluted, complex and tiresome as you can? We came for fun battles. And the ones we have had have been fun, but few and far between all those no shows. And now we have to do it all over again. Complex =\|= smart, CCP. Kudos to Logibro for trying his best to do his job, and to the other corps that actually showed to play. It seems this will take a little longer yet. PD: I blame American Sport Leagues for the league+playoff system. They only did it to squeeze more money from their followers, but it's been copied by everyone.

As a result, we were in a situation where 1 of the top 3 teams in the tournament is not going to be able to fight even for the 3rd spot, while the 4th and 5th teams in the league are going to get a free pass to semis and a chance for at least 3rd place for free. I think that at least merited a complaint. Techguard has my respect for playing all the matches to win. In Dust, any team can win a battle, so I will only count you guys as defeated after the match, and only if we win .

My team has followed all the tournament rules and requirements so far, no matter how ridiculous. We went to UF, registered our players. We have played only with our registered players. We have formed countless times for no show ups. We have formed for scheduled matches that then did not appear. We are tired of this tournament and its bad organization. If rules have been breached, and I don't care by whom, then GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and punish the offending teams/players. A lot of my players have had to change their real life schedules to be able to participate in tomorrow's final. It's not our fault that people don't follow the rules, or that brackets were not done right, or that you hesitate to apply your rules or don't even know which rules you have. But we are not ready to pay for it. We did our part, followed the rules and were there for every match. If you make us repeat all this, you will be punishing us instead of the offenders. And we are damn tired of wasting hours of hour life for things that are not our fault. Punish the offenders, if there are offenders; and decide who is going to play in tomorrow's final, I don't care whom. Just end this.

When our best player, pazificador IRON, left our corp to join Serpahim Initiative during the league phase, we kicked him from the tournament team and didn't use him anymore, just to be on the safe side. That can be checked easily by CCP in the Urgent Fury site and looking at his employment history. We fought with less than 16 people against 501 and Techguard during the league phase. Also against Rust415, but that was because the starting time for the match was messed up. We had quite a few good players sitting on the corp chat that we didn't use because they are not registered. They would have given us and edge or helped us balance the team. If the tournament had ended at the round robin phase, everyone would have been satisfied. Now we have this mess. When CCP decides what they want to do, then we will do the same. No hard feelings to anyone, just disappointed with the whole tournament thing. I will not be participating again in one, that's for sure. EDIT: And the fact that we followed the rules, does not mean that we don't think some of them are stupid. Making people registering on UF to participate was a bad move. A lot of the no shows and low player participation owe to that. Having the corps registered and making sure that only players with at least 15 days or a month in the corp could participate would have made things easier, and more fun, for everyone.

Tech Guard, I don't remember them bringing out people not registered in the tournament, so I would like CCP to please triple check that. They have showed up for all fights even when outnumbered, and they have our respect for that. I doesn't feel fair to me that after all their work they get disqualified this way. However, if they really had people not registered for the tournament playing, and WTF is disqualified for that, then they have to be disqualified as well. Good fights to everyone, and let's hope the tournament is really ended this week, one way or another.

NFP has won and the DPL is over on the EU side. Even if we lost this last battle by clone count, I think it was the best we have played in the tournament so far. Considering the people we had online, I-¦m very happy with how we performed. As I said before, No Free Pass have been the best team of the tournament, and won it deservedly. Congratulations and enjoy your prize. We really had fun playing against you guys. GG to all the other teams that actually played on the tournament. Battles have been fun with all of you, even if far and few between all the no shows. Also, congratulations to my team for a great tournament as well. Most of GAC best players did not register for this, but we still played well and never gave up. I'm proud of you guys. Taking a break from Dust. GTA, here I come!
