as a scout, no. hives and needles aren't limited to logi's I see no good reason to limit the scanner to scouts. if scouts got a bonus to their use that'd be fine and I'd support it.

tanks aren't useless, just expensive. the isk cost for me works out to roughly 100,000 a match with moderate AV (at least 2 swarm guys at the same time). with heavy AV it's about 500,000 isk a minute. give me 1 mill and I'll give you a one minute...
