One of my fondest moments in uprising is when I jumped into a shield tank as he was headed towards an objective, while we're going a swarmer pops up and hits the tank so I immediately jump out and run him down turned out he had an uplink nearby so I take that out too, along with the unlucky forge bastard that spawned there as I was mass driving it, ran back to the tanker that had decided to stay there and jumped up and down twice to tell him that it was clear but an assault guy with an AR had snuck up behind me and put rounds in my back I turn around with half sheilds fully expecting to die before I kick the bucket though the tanker puts four rounds out and melts the dude, I jump in the tank and we continue the match.

After the match I get a mail that says: "Thanks for the help. Glad I could repay the favor." This is truly something that made me smile.

You made some wrong accusations here. Tanks do not think your "just in it for WP assists". Tanks think your in it for the assist as a minor reward, if you were in it to be productive we would be glad to share our kills and WP with you, we would LOVE that. But we know infaintry are going to AFK and refuse to leave our tanks for us to recall. So we die.

Yes we crush lavs in our way because we need to get out of the way of av! or your just in our way. Your right, we do not respect you guys, we absolutly hate you for getting our tanks blown up so directly. Im glad you and your squad target the AV, but most ppl do not, they do NOT go out of their way to kill the AV over there, they dont care about us and we cant deal with them over there. So they cause us to get blown up indirectly as well. So yeah. Forgive us for our lesser evil of destroying your lavs and dropsuits, cuz yal cost us tanks. You Know if tankers actualy helped the team rather than steam rolled around with only their own K/D ratio in mind, people might respect tankers more. I Fing hate tankers, they arnt team players, they dont care about winning, they dont want anyone in their tank because they "belive" pasengers are just after kill assist WPs, and even if they are it dosent take away from the drivers kills so why do you care.

So I hope AV stays OP forever and you tankers get driven into extinction you ungrateful twits!

The reason we dont like blue berries in our tank is because they WONT LEAVE. We even pull in the red line and wait and they just sit there.

the tankers have a completely valid point that their being screwed,but its all jibberish by this point. I dont personally think tanks shouldent be able to be recalled because its not enough for me to solo them, they shouldent be able to escape me ethire. and personally i dont think its a problem for tankers to be killed by their own teammates

Sounds kinda fun though, I may just slap on some free militia suit on an alt I don;t care about, go find the nearest tank, and refuse to leave so they can't recall and also shoot the guns wildly at no particular object.

Sorry the continious baying of tankers has just blured into jibberish by this point.

Anyway I personaly think tanks should not be able to be recalled, so I dont really see a problem with blue berrys taking a siesta in your tank.

When Infantry failed to realise one of their greatest assets on the field is a friendly Madrugar. Sure they curse enemy Maddies like the plague when they roll around, yet the fail to protect, defend, or ever support their allied tanks especially in urban areas.

Now tanks never enter urban areas, they never care about allied infantry being butchered when they could help, they never care about objectives.
WHY?

Because as Infantry we (and I was one of you) let the ******* tanks down in almost every conceivable way.

It bugs me to no end that if theres a friendly tank on the field they wont let me support it. I understand why they dont, but I wouldnt mind getting in your tank with my reppers and shotgun ready to kill swarmers or AV naders and rep the tank afterwards.

Oh i didnt know us infantry came as a bonus with the purchase of your expensive tank...., we are all Mercs i have no loyalty to give on the field other then myself...and i sure as hell will not jump inbetween a smoking tank and 6 enemy infantry to save someone i dont know, i will however use your smoking tank to my advantage and flank the sh*tz out of these guys.

You keeping your tank after i am done with those guys is just a bonus.

PS: if it was the otherway around and you see 6 guys going to my location with me not knowing, you would try to kill them all, me staying alive would be a bonus then, but not a requirement.

I love tanks when they actually help their infantry and work together with us, its the friendly tanks that just drive on looking for more kills that drive me insane. Repping up a friendly armor tank and hopping in and out of his guns to provide a small infantry screen for him as he drives around. Get to an objective and I hop out and start hacking it, I start getting shot at and hop out hoping the tank can back me up looking around hes halfway across the map trying to blow up a CRU. Seriously you need to stick with your inantry as much as we need to stick with you.
