hard to say.. the only thing we have with comparative costs are the damage mods @ 68/9 gut reaction would be yes change from 54/11 to 60/6, would help my builds tremendously number crunching wise though I think it would just lead to alot of ridi...

yeah ran into the stupid kinkat extender issue when I was doing min scout fittings and realized I got an extra PG to fit a cloak onto an Adv suit.. horray, atleast with the stamina buff I can probably drop the cardio

I dont remember having uplinks back then (could be I just couldnt fit them on my super scout) but from what I remeber it was always a fight over CRUs to bring our spawns forward uplinks would drastically change the fight
