I think precision enhancers and range amplifier modules get a buff, keeping the values similar to now makes scouts much more viable as well as providing incentive to wear these massively underused modules, also bacon and scanners are the new FotM.

the advantage is tank vs dps. With the new armor buff? I say yes. However both are situational...forging I'd use the basic proto cause 2x damage mods. HMG I'd use sentinel.
