Any significant nerf to clip capacity for light/sidearm weapons is a crushing nerf to logi's because with most suits capable of having 600+ ehp, 1v1's would almost always come down to sidearms because of aim assist.

You're forgetting the Tac AR, which was OP cause the clip, damage, and ROF combined. I might have to try it out again cause that dps + aim assist might make it OP again even with reduced clip size.
