Defo to be used on primary clones. They work whether nor not you are logged in They do work on non-active clones though. So you can put a passive booster on an alt and get the 0.5 modifier on it, however im not sure thats really all that worth it.

Honestly, the nerf next week reducing hip fire accuracy and clip size will probably balance the gun almost perfectly. Its only powerful in close range cause you can spam it, and thats not gonna be nearly as effective anymore.

As of 9:21 EST, Fused Locus Grenades are still up on the market for 15 AUR. No isk variant available through the marketplace. There might be isk variant grenades available through restock but can't tell as I have no points in grenadier.
