Its also not bad to get into the habit of Immediately switching to your sidearm after you empty your mag for your primary, I can't tell you how many times I killed and got killed because one of us forgot this simple tactic.

It relates to isk destroyed in match (you don't have to be the destroyer), and position in the end-of-match standings. I know its mostly based on standings because I once got first place in a match because I ONLY blew up turrets and installations ...
