Unfortunately, no you will not. This is a highly controversial topic on the forums right now so expect a segment of the forum population to jump down your throat for asking for one. In my opinion a respec should be allowed once per account at 2 million SP so new characters such as yourself are allowed to erase any mistakes they made while learning the game. Though I doubt CCP will ever do that.
If I may ask how much SP do you have and how badly did you mess up? |

Trust me you don't need proto, I didn't get proto until 10mil+ some change. It really comes down to squading up (as annoying as it is to hear its true). Unless your talking modules in which case it shouldn't be too long to level then up. Wish I had better news but above is true no respecs likely. |

Which means you have pretty decent core skills and/or you have a diverse set of suits & weapons at your disposal. I'd say stick with it on your 6.5mil SP char but now that you know the direction you want to go, start focusing in that direction. After a while the SP you have put into other things will not hurt - it will just be giving you more options. |

No respecs are needed. But I am a big fan of triple SP events. The triple SP events allow you to quickly work towards your new SP goals. And those old selections give your merc added variety for the future. |

All skills come full circle given time. Even if you don't th8nk you'll 7se the skills you have in the future I assure you that at some point having those options will be nice.
While you can't 'waste' sp you can spend it inefficiently.
Pm me what you have and I'll give you some recommendations and explanations on those recs.
We've built people who have the stats to be combat effective in the starting 500k sp outside academy. |

13mil and the only proto i have is ARs which i never use proto of and Hybrid turrets which i rarely use proto of |
