Gallente are very good as snipers, 3 damage mods and the plates. They aren't good as CQC-mid range because they either slow as hell or weak. If I were to use a Gallente assault I would speed tank and the highs for shields.

G, AV is fine. Dropship low HP isn't. They really need a HP buff, more than 10%. I would say double HP. Myron and Python 2000 shield HP. Eryx 2700 shield HP.

You can replace a booster for an azeotropic extender for 3000 HP. You'll need a local PG extension and the intermediate booster though. If you get enough engineering you could have the 15% amplifiers, not sure though.
