CRs are great up close, I wouldn't say they will beat a RR at 40m+ . The other thing we must consider is damage per clip. The CR has the worst damage per clip. You will most likely have to reload to kill a heavy.

with the new TTK scouts will need a lot more then first hit...increased TTK hurts scouts because autoAim still works on the scouts ability to strafe but the max HP of a scout is still small making death just as fast....on a 400hp scout the ScR wil...

.....yes, if a heavy is an idiot running around in the open where the MD and LR can be threat....and the HMG is good out to 30-40 meters...it has more then double the DPS of all the other weapons, and the Heavies carrying them are getting a pretty...

TTK will be increases dramatically, especially vs heavies. They are getting resistant buffs....seriously if you miss 3/4 of your shots on a basic heavy with no extra health ...1200 hp, you will have to reload. 1v1 fights will be annoying and scout...
