In my opinion a complex shield extender should give more HP then a basic armor plate. Maybe something like 90 shields or some similar number.

Meh a Gal.logi with 2 proto flux scanners is better then any caldari scout in terms of scanning. More range, better scan precision and any 1 except gal. scouts cant hide from it.

bricktanking a gallente scout is less effective then brick tanking a assault,logi or heavy. Its a option but a very silly one. You give up speed and the ability to hide from scans.

As one of the very few people who use small railguns the buff kinda missed the point. You surely increased the raw damage on them but the efficency rating (the number that decides how much damage you deal) is still the same against ground vehicles...

lol about making the shotgun a heavy weapon. Ok go ahead and use a shotgun on a heavy suit and tell me how it is working out for ya. The last time i saw heavys with shotguns they went something like 1-15.

no, what the need is that i can carry the same amount of remotes as i can place. For example the proto re's allow up to 7 placed at a time but i can only carry 4. Which means that i would need a nanohive to get the other 3.

No we had this discussion aswell for logis when they where the commonly used thing. And every 1 admitts that it is stupid as hell. And i do like to use Av weapons as a scout which allows me to sneak up to tanks without getting murdered.

have to agree all what you see in competetive matches are gunnlogis with tripple damage mods and a railgun. And usually they have some armor tank on aswell. Damage mods either need to be limited to 1 per fit, reduced damage boost or increased fitt...
