The Left D-Pad button doesn't work in the post game menu, or in certain other situations. Sometimes this creates awkward silences at the wrong times :P It'd be nice if the chat button always worked.

Tiers aren't the cause of the pubstomping. If two full squads of good players Q-sync in a pub match, they will dominate the match regardless of gear.
