I KNOW that this is part of the lore (I said this in the original post)! BUT isnt odd that the shield focused race has very effectively angled armor unlike the gallente and amarr?

I get that too, and I think it is because of you skills that increase the amount of armor and shields you have by like 5% per level or whatever it is. You health eventually comes back so its not a huge issue....

The cloak is nearly perfectly balanced, but the armor stacking and shotgunning of the scouts need to stop. Personally I find that using passive range amplifiers I can get a picture of the battle making me much more effective at flanking and Bolt...
