10 times out of 10 people including myself will have shields and armor health lower than what it is when we spawn in-game. To get it back I normally punch the wall  and boom it all comes back.
This is another unwanted glitch and just want to inform you about it

I get that too, and I think it is because of you skills that increase the amount of armor and shields you have by like 5% per level or whatever it is. You health eventually comes back so its not a huge issue.... |

A friend told me that this is from your skills not applying to your suit right after spawning but i thinks that is BS.
i believe CCP ****** up in programming and DID NOT do this intentionally
Am I insane for going after people with RR's? Probably cause I hear that sound and it makes me want to blow them up:P

Lol You guys really do not read the forums, just come in and post. Yes the problem is the armor & shield skill are not loading when you spawn, they will load after a short period of time. CCP is well aware of this problem and working on a fix. Check here for bug list. |

im kinda glad they just come in and post it, it's probably not gonna happen, but im hoping the more people complain by posting, maybe they'll put a little more effort into fixing the problem

Also scrambler pistols aren't starting with full clips, and all the other bonuses aren't counting at spawn in either.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.
