It should have a 5 second charge and fire a pure merc melting super ray for 6 seconds. Heavy has to be stationary and can't move the beam, it just fires in that direction.

E3 build made my eyes bleed. The game has come so far since back then. CCP have done an amazing job and the game really does look fantastic these days. I can't imagine how beautiful the game will look on PS4.
