I just got level 5 min logi. I have level 5 hacking too, so that's already 50% quicker hacks, throw on complex hack mod, that 75% increased speed has me hacking most things in about 6-7 seconds. |

im not wasting any of my sp..
iv speced into the gallante assault rifle why would i use another light weapon, il continue to skill into what iv chosen and when the skill respec comes il be maxing out CALDARI HEAVY and rail rifle.
not sure about the forge.. will have to see how it handle since the nerf :/

I assumed we're probably getting a respec, with all the changing skills and whatnot.

If you parse CCP's words from EVE Vegas, they very well may have a respec in the works for the "huge content" they have planned for 1.7 or 1.8.
They didn't outright confirm it. But they made a casual reference to it when talking about why they wanted to do a big patch with everything in it, rather than release racial suits piecemeal.
It was enough to make me finally get Amarr Basic Heavy V and some other skills I had put off. I figure even if I'm wrong, I'll be back up to 3 mill unallocated SP by the time the real content finally arrives...

You can earn 1.14mil for the new weapons in the x3 SP week
With that amount you can easily get adv in all rifles and then choose to go proto |

I should have over 4m by the time it drops idk how much you get per month for passive so I didn't add that in |

Was saving then blew it all (to get adv logi with hives) when I found out weapons were delayed.
Now I will go back to saving. Think I need about 1.5 mill for Combat Rifle at Lv 3 Pro with SS and Ammo upgraded a bit. Will most likely go to advanced first and see before I go all the way.
Also if my AScR is doing the business with the upgraded range  I may just stay back of the bus for a bit and improve some passives. |

Passive SP gain (without boosters) is 1 SP every 3.5 seconds. 1 SP every 2.5 seconds with passive booster activated.

I have enough SP saved to go proto day one on the new weapons. I am hoping that the combat rifle is good so I can use it like a street sweeper on my minny logi. |
