I don't care either way. Not seeing HP bars makes it easier to focus on fighting and I've seen a lot more triage hives being used.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

More seriously, I am seeing alot more logibros using repair tools now, which I really kinda like for a number of reasons. We actually do get support now, well, I should say way more often now, which is awesome!
Lol did this today in a Proto Logi suit, 15/4 match with 2400+ WP and top of the list, I love being a logi! What's a rep tool? If it shoots death beams I'm in.

I expect this to start within the week, and rightly so.
I watched more than one redberry's brain vapor lock on whether to shoot at the guy shooting them, or the guy repping their opponent. You used to be able to out-damage the repper more often than not, and that seems to be tipping the other way now. I actually saw more enemies die when they focused on me, because their attention wasn't on strafing the incoming from my Assault squadmate.
When I'm repping out of cover, under fire, I turn into a damn dancer to avoid hits. This will probably be more useful soon. |
