Or get a classic CRT TV, since you should be running this game in SD resolution anyway. In that case, we are talking sub microsecond input delays. But you will have problems with scanlines and other stuff.

I recommend getting a PC monitor with a HDMI input to play on. Much lower input lag than a TV (like 10-20 times).
