Why do the Militia Amarr Heavy Frame and Amarr Heavy Frame have a scan precision of 55 when the scan precision of every other heavy frame is 50? I want to report it as a bug, but it's not crazy enough to not be a feature. Is it intended?

While you're sprinting, jump, reload, and then start sprinting again. If you time it right, you can reload without slowing down. That's what I do.
