61. Scanner question! - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Squadding up in a solo squad seems to help with scan results disappearing too quickly. I haven't proved anything extensively yet though.

62. scan precision question - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
You need to look at your scan radius, not the radius of your minimap. The radius of your minimap is 100m. I'm not positive but I think that the scan radius of a proto Gallente scout is at max, 36m (with both range amplification and the Gallente sc...

63. Scanner question! - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Scanners are sometimes wonky when it comes to illumination time. It might have to do with being unsquadded; I'll check if I notice a difference between running solo in my own locked squad, or being just another unsquadded blueberry. Interesting f...

64. Proper Skill Point Usage - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
I'm sorry that I came off as a little standoffish, but yeah, we have different viewpoints. I rarely play PC, and I agree that in PC, you need to have your fitting skills unlocked so that your suit is at its full potential. This also helps a lot in...

66. Proper Skill Point Usage - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Since you guys are too dim to see it, let me put this in a way you'll understand. Imagine your suit is a pair of shorts. Your fitting skills are the pockets on those shorts. Your modules and weapons are what you put into those pockets. As you pro...

68. Quick question about Nanohives. - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Thanks for confirming IceShifter; it saves me from leveling them up to find out on my own :) Fox Gaden, you're welcome to, but there's an even more informative thread on them floating around in General Discussions (search for Nanohive Alchemy).

69. Quick question about Nanohives. - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Each nanohive has a set amount of clusters. Militia have 24 clusters, compact has 25, standard nanohive has 36, and all others (except the Wiyrkomi triage) have 72. A full grenade/remote restock costs 24 clusters. If you are carrying three grenad...

71. Gallente Logi Suits and Armour reppers. - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
There is no racial rep suit bonus for Gallente Logi - there's the Logi class bonus of 1 HP/sec rep per level. Maybe you mean Amarr Logi, which has a separate racial bonus specific to armor repairer modules.

On my proto Cal Logi I use one basic plate, and sometimes two depending on whether the enemy is running advanced or proto scanners. It helps enough that I don't die the instant my shields are all gone.
