That's why I believe if someone is attacking you like that you should be allowed to kill them without penalty. Kinda hard to implement I would imagine.

I'd say add a game-mode that has either a max meta level, or a maximum suit level like ADV. I'd personally go towards the max suit level mostly because if your a shield tanker using anything less than Complex Extenders then your screwed. I'd say ...
