Empyrean Age, Burning Life, Templar One. That's the order they were released and the order they come in the Lore chronology.
Burning life is a lot more stand alone than the other two, there are events in Empyrean Age that continue in Templar One.
When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.

Templar 1 is actually the last book to read, some of the books do their own thing but tony gonzales did have a pseudo character arc with empyrean age and templar one, so read those two in that order.
Cannot not attest to the quality of the other one but tony gonzales is an above average author for writing video game novels. Its certainly not some classic to be revered for the ages though but not a bad afternoon use.

The middle one was... Different. It showed the side of the mortals in New Eden more than the capsuleers (cloned mercs weren't around at that point). It's the one which got the most criticism from the Eve community, but I personally think it's an alright book (not spectacular) and it fits into the universe well.

First, Empyrean Age. Templar One has to be read after Empyrean Age, but the Burning Life fits in anywhere.

I'd go Empyrean Age, Templar one and burning life.
I didn't care much for burning life, but it does give some perspective on the various groups in EVE.

I suggest:
1. Keep the games in mind. 2. Don't read too critically 3. Enjoy the lore. 4. Read Empyrean Age, then Templar One. 5. Set fire to The Burning Life then flush it down the toilet. Actually, do this step now.
-you'll probably have to double flush. |

Started with Templar, then Age and finally burning life.

Well I guess it's good I only got Empyrean Age. Probably would have just started Templar One otherwise.
