i was thinking they'd have an armor and a shield version.. seeing as the scrambler rifle is an amarr weapon, maybe the other version supports it.

bummer.. i saw an image somewhere showing it gave a 5% bonus to shield delay and a 5% reduction to heat build up on lasers.. but thats it.
