All vehicles need rear view mirrors. I've seen too many tanks blow up by backing into rocks and that is just silly.
Agree or Disagree?
Also, My drop suit needs one too. |

Please!!!!!!!!!! I can't tell you how many times I've backed into lamp posts or building, gotten stuck, and then blown up by militia forges or swarm launchers because I couldn't retreat or turn my gun towards them. |

Positioning is crucial. You don't need rear view mirrors if your escape path is already planned. This is what determines whether you're a good tank driver or a bad one. Gotta make it challenging, hey. Them tanks have got it pretty good already, despite all the "TANKS UNDERPOWERED" threads.

mmmm.. so you're factoring in the smurf that dropped the lav behind you and the madrugar that's closer than he needs to be trying to steal kills?
of course you are.
i like the part where miku said underpowered too.
edit: also; cupholders. they're mandatory people. maybe a little portable dvd player on the back too. having them on the tank would be nice too. |

You obviously haven't went with a tank into an ambush (not the game mode). you don't kitten worry about escape paths. You hit reverse and pray there aren't any light posts behind you. |

Yes this must be added. We're in the future world where big railguns have been invented, where lazors can fry your suit in one second...... but no one thought about adding a rear view mirror to a big expensive tank 
Instead they went ahead and made the worlds most sturdy lamp posts. Can't beat lighting can ya !!!
So yeah come on gotta be some button CCP you can free up for a third person view behind your tank  . Maybe the sprint key ?? donno if that's already getting used. |

X isn't being used or we could just have a little rectangle as part of the HUD showing what's behind us. Either one or both would make a huge difference. |

Yes give us rear-view-mirror rectangle at top of HUD. LAVs can look backwards with L2, why shouldn't tanks be able to? DO IT CCP! Next build, I'll be expecting this so start coding it... Anh, shush... Just do it. |
