i was thinking maybe i fit 2 low pg shield boosters and stack the hell out of hardeners and resistance mods.. i dunno maybe that's cray. i dont think any of the really good tankers are gonna share their knowledge tho.. oh well whatever.

yeah man if the skills were'nt maxed by default the laser would be a little bit to extreme. i'm pretty sure they're maxed. i think the viz gets 500% near the very end of it's overheat before it damages you? elms like 280%? god only knows how much...
