The LAV has third person viewing. When you get in the vehicle a control wheel pops up telling you what the controls are. I think its pressing the left stick down or something, but i drive in thrid person every time.

I feel no nerf bat. What you could be experiencing is latency from your movement to their movement. Causing hit box issues. I was noticing more of that being the reason I couldnt hit anything while I was trying for longer range targets. Solution...
