Nova knives lack the damage they need to ohk heavies since the armor buff for one an two their the only weapon without a fitting optimization skill or a lower CPU pg in the Lp store. Scouts could build better fits if this was available.

I think it still gets the ammo bonus, but scouts should have the plus one or at least the mini scout if everything else racial does since we can't damp like gallente, maybe it's new Eden background on minmatar I honestly wouldn't know

The other mini suits have this, the scout can't beat 15db like the gallente, it can't stack range mods or dampeners like the gko, it has one equipment slot that needs a scanner, so it can't or shouldn't use a armor rep or a compact nano hive becau...
