It might require a client update? Though it hasn't been made clear to me what exactly necessitates that sort of thing. I assume skill-passives and that sort of thing require an update like that, and that's why suit skills, etc. haven't been change...

Ideally they'll benefit from passives, whatever the case might be. I mean... I felt bad for people that got hosed on Sever, etc., but I'd hope the Templar suits do that much so they provide at least that sort of scaling bonus to people willing...

Yarr. Overheat build-up reduction would be the most balanced and sensible passive. If it's percentage-based (like with the Amarr Assault) we already know it won't be too much, because it hasn't been that big of a difference with the Amarr Assaults...

Yarr... if the respec comes around and the Scrambler is still lower range, with drawbacks, less damage, and more dispersion.. you'd be an idiot or eccentric to go with the Scrambler over the AR.
