Select all battle types and make sure your sever is set to automatic. Your probably just trying to que up Skirmish, but sadly the wait time for those is a little greater. More people play domination for some reason.

It's a free game on the ps3. New game on the ps4 basically targets a different group of people with a price range. a handful will go to it until they get bored and wanna come back to all the passive SP, but I think that's about it personally.
