There is no such thing anymore. There are good players who play logi, but you cannot outslay any other class in a logi. If you want to slay, play assault, sentinal or scout. If you want to support, logi or commando.
'Sault AK.0 - Logi AK.0 - Logi GK.0 - Scout GK.0 - 'Mando MK.0 - Masshole in every sense of the word.

I don't know of any current guides, but I do have a fit that can somewhat slay. The only downside is that you'll be slow, but 900+ eHP and 24 hp/s reps should help it out a bit.

Throw a repair tool and an uplink on a scout with dampeners, kin kats, and a shotgun.
Or do the same with a logi, but use a cloak.
Heck, I was slaying really well with an adv ACR on a basic logi suit using the secret 100% accuracy trick
Scramblers and mass drivers work well for killing scouts
bring core locus grenades and RE's for sentinels
team up with another logi and just stack plates, damage mods, and repair hives up the ass?

My advice: just skill into an assault suit...their stamina and base HP is so much more effective for a slayer build that you'll just end up wasting isk as a logi.

you don't understand how i get so close to popping a blood cell since I see logis not running with at least a needle to pick up people
you can be a tank logi but haul ass to needling people if the strawberrys aren't paying attention to u

Pretty disgusting fit.
Anywho, logistics aren't supposed to slay. The weapon is there for you to defend yourself, not go to the frontline.
That said, when in a group, my fit doesn't do TOO bad.

Ignore the haters here. I used to run a gal proto logi as a slayer. You are slower and fitting is tight but run two scanners and two types of rep hives. Make nests and defend them. The gal can be tanked very brick like and cram some damage on the highs. Or you can do a jump fit with ferroscales on the lows. You might have to run a combat rifle for fitting costs. The basic key is to use your equipment to make you more deadly. Keeping scans up all day with dual scanners still makes you good support but amplifies your own killing power and helps you keep out of ****** spots. Anyone telling you to run a needle is giving you **** advice. Needles don't slay.
Edit: ASCR is good for logi with no sidearm because the clip is big so you have to stop to cool down a little but you don't have to reload as often to kill a mob of peeps encroaching on your nest. |
