It's the same thing as jump mod scrubs, if you're good you will smite them anyway. It doesn't actually make them better at the game. Also CCP can't fix it, it's an exploit of the sluggish system. We all know they can't fix the lag or performance...

You don't want them overly tight or loose. Just screw them in there firmly, but don't over do it. I also never owned an xbox before so I'm not sure why it would do that in any case, just double check everything is snuggly fit in it's proper place.

It's a glitch and purely aesthetic, it doesn't affect anything but appearances. A lot of people can do it by accident as a matter of fact. You ever have your weapon disappear from your hands when you're firing? That's the glitch.
