This can be interputed in two ways. Both are good. Swarms too good. Tanks too weak. Till 1.6 just dont waste isk for tanks. Now there low hp bastards. Btw did you read veh changes? Now tanks will need milions of sp to get good :]

All about taking dmg or get destroyed when you drive in/throught destroyed vehicle that is disapering. Its rare that you will do this. but sometime you will. Even if vehicle disapered you will still suffer killing dmg from it. Same with instalat...
