Well the charge sniper rifle is now a proto weapon but despite this it still only costs 2460ISK and the Kaalakiota which requires the same skill to use costs 47220ISK.

I run rep tools and rep people even after hitting the triage limit. Sadly however despite the glowing screen of healyness effect we now get most bluedots refuse to be healed and instead sprint away as fast as they can.
