Plasma cannons take 2 shots on a HAV to gain WP or one on a LAV and appears to be limitless. I plasma cannoned a LAV got 75 points got shot at so turned to deal with that, killed the guy and the LAV had regen'd to full shields so I plasma cannoned...

Does it even work? I have blown up a few hav's and got no damaging points the only time I got some damaging points was dropping an orbital that hit a lav RE's, AV nades and plasma cannons seem to get you nothing.
