I'm seeing that too. The problem is that there are not enough players logging in anymore. Scotty can't established any balanced matches when the population is too damn low.

The ARN-18 Cloak Field appears to remain active for only 30 seconds rather than 60 seconds in some rare cases. This appears to happen whenever I swap fits via the Supply depot while cloaked. I don't know if this impacts the other tiers.
