It's as the topic says for the event that ended 3-17-14 I did not recieve my 3 million sp that I was entitled to and qualified to recieve I seen that a few of my corp mates have received theirs but I have not as of yet but when I look at my wallet to ensure that I met the requirements I indeed did so is there anyone that could help me with this plz and thank you |

Not the same issue. But I didnt get my bonus sp with using an active sp booster... just got my 2million sp. |

Never got my sp for the event. Not sure why. did over ten battles on ambush mostly. Ambushes not count as a real battle?? When do the rest of us get our 2million sp, ccp?? |

If you played 10 games without a booster you are entitled to 2mil sp, send a petition in with a screenshot of your wallet proving you did the 10 or more games, use a cellphone for example, you are only entitled to 2.5mil or 3 mil if you used a active booster or omega booster during the event.

The place to email your problem is

This is CCP customer support to give them enough data (as suggested above) to prove your point and be patient. They will normally respond quickly with an automated reply before a person looks into the problem.
And so it goes.

If you believe you didn't get any SP for the event, or had a booster active and didn't get the bonus SP, please file a support ticket and a GM will take a look at it.

The event read as: 14-17. Never complained about an event, but this was honestly a low blow for me. Spent much of Monday afternoon grinding only to find out I was out of the window by a technicality.
Kinda bullshit for all the SP that was missed out on, but I guess no ones really complaining so no progress :/

My account which is supposed to receive the SP bonus is actually banned from forums , how can i do ? |
