You obviously weren't around long enough to know. In skirmish, both sides have a safe spawn area that only their team mates can access. Those same areas will appear as unsafe to the opponent.

MaD, ignore the troll. CCP said they might incorporate it. As to when, we don't know. Considering how cheap it is nowadays to get a basic keyboard and mouse, I can imagine a lot of players using the KB/M even in PSHome.
