Hey guys, here are the known issues for Hotfix Charlie. Please post any additional issues you find in this thread.
'Mauler' Sentinel A-I has too many slots Known issue, fix is in testing
Light and Sidearm Damage mods don't apply their full damage bonus to projectiles and splash Known issue, fix is in testing
Scout ck.0 has incorrect intel tag Known issue, fix is in testing.

Assault Dropship Price Reduction didn't happen and Python didn't gain 500 shields.

Basic frames still have all the old stats. Don't know if this is a good or a bad thing, but it makes them even more useless than they used to be.
HOWEVER, this also means that the Amarr Sentinels have a 2/3 layout for their basic proto suit, and Gallente with a 1/4 layout for the basic proto. While I would fix the HP on the assault suits, giving us options like this is nice. I would further suggest you change the basic caldari proto heavy frame to a 3/2 layout.
Hellmar Sentinel has a 2/4 layout (because it has two "fitted" modules in the high slots...please take care in removing the basic shield extender and not the complex shield extender)
Will report more as I find them.

Will report more as I find them. I agree. It might be useful if the Basic Sentinel suits offered an alternate slot layout. Gives you some fitting options without having to spec into another Sentinel.
Does the Standard Caldari Basic Heavy suit have a low slot? That could help make up for the Caldari Standard SentinelGÇÖs lack of a low slot, until we figure out a way to give it at least some margenel self rep capability in Delta.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

One of the more popular fatties (possibly an Amarr) displays "InvalidStringID" on TacNet readout. Wish I could tell which one it is; I'll keep an eye out.

About time the incorrect tag on the Cal scout CK.0 got noticed, its been like that since 1.8 Another thing that's been bugged since 1.8, players wearing the suits that came out in 1.8 appear as chevrons on the minimap instead of dots.

2. Is there really aim adhesion going on with the knives? I can't sense it in Dust even when I charge up the knives.

Cal. Heavies are impossible to fit. The power grid is too low to make a decent fitting. Even at proto. u cant put a proto HMG with proto gear on the high and low slots. You can't even fit a secondary weapon or nade. I have very high skills on electronics and powergrid skills. I noticed no issues with other heavies with pg/cpu. Just the caldari heavy. all variants are too low on pg to even fit basic. |

I do not notice an adhesion (assuming it was similar to an aim assist), but now I can knife people off screen when they are directly left or right of me...

This fitting http://www.protofits.com/fittings/shared/480/6682 does not work in game. Iv got all fitting skills to 5, except the weapon pwg, still shouldn't matter.

Carry av nades, remotes, and a nova knife and you have a pretty nice av fit. Purely knifing a vehicle would've worked if vehicles took damage when on fire.

When the installation HP increase is considered I think those changes are only fair, even with a maxed proto rail on a maxed Incubus with a damage mod it can take 3-4 passes just to take out a turret now. All the while we're exposed to everything else on the battlefield. Not to mention the ones so far into the redzone you can't do anything but tickle them before having to retreat.
Your game f'ing sucks, but I'll still play it, damn you! Turns out I wont.

OK after adding up all the pwg, it seems like proto fits is the buggy one. 57.27 is whats needed and my suit only has 56(max). Would be nice to squeeze out that extra 1.27 somehow though. *wink wink *nudge nudge Could come in the form of a fitting bonus to nova-knives? (-10% pwg needs per level)

Proto caldari state peacekeeper assault suit has a 5 high 4 low layout.
I assume there's an extra low slot by mistake, since no other race has an extra slot in the lp store version of the suit.

There's also the case where the 'new' commandoes don't have their unique skins, unlike the Amarr commando, which is red and gold, while the others do not differ from their heavy frames.
