I was saving up sp to get the level 4 repair tool skill. I had saved a little over 210,000 SP out of the 260,00ish SP needed. I decided to go to bed about 2 hours before the server reset this morning. When I got back on my character today I did not have the 210,000 SP I had saved AND I was somehow -115,270 SP in the negative! I have no clue what happened or where my SP went. I didn't know what to do so I took a picture of my t.v. screen with my phone and now I'm posting here in hopes that a DEV will see this and help me. I don't know how to attach the picture on this forum post... |

Happens sometimes. Just restart the game, it should fix itself.

nvm... relogged later and it was the correct amount of sp again... Dunno might have just been a glitch/bug or something... Sorry |

By any chance, were you using omega boosters? That might be the cause of the glitch.

Omega booster aggravated the existing problem.
This happens rarely but it is very consistent with the client server architecture of Dust514.
The good news is everything related to you Merc is stored on the server, you client only gets a copy of it. When the acquisition of the data has a glitch you will lose SP (sometimes all of it, very dramatic posts will follow), ISK and even equipment. Log out of you Merc and log back in. That will fix it 9/10 times. Occasionally you might have to exit Dust itself but that is a worse case scenario.
The other failure mode that is rare but can show up from time to time is getting 0 ISK, 0 SP and 0 WP from a match. In fact, if I remember correctly, you couldn't see the WP screen. So the post would be about 0 ISK/0 SP. Simply note your current balances and cycle in and out of your Merc. Then the new balances will show you what you made.
